A skipping magical girl with a heart shaped wand doesn't seem like much at first, no she would appear to be a joke character then I started using her, I realized how effective she was. As a support class, she can be a crucial factor in any team build. Her wand has decent range, her bubble shield can push enemies out of position long enough to escape or to allow teammates to swoop in and her ultimate heals nearby allies.
