Patience is a game that we all have to play. The patient man is often rewarded while the hasty man finds himself emptyhanded. No where is patience more necessary than when you are a writer. Whether you are waiting to hear back from an agent to deciding your first words to put on paper. Patience is that necessary trait that you have to have. Without it you are walking a lonely path. I've learned that in the path I've chosen.

Patience is not without its weakneses. One must be proactive in whatever you pursue. You cannot not simply wait for things to happen. You have to make them happen.
