That step. That eternal step. When you look at it, it's a fearsome sight. You don't know what to expect when you take it. It's just there, waiting for you. It glares at you, egging you on. It surrounds you in an aura of fear. Your palms are sweaty,your knees weak,arms are heavy. All it takes is one step to reach stardom, and it takes one step to fail forever.
That step is haunting and fearful. It's the step that will either allow you to be remembered or forgotten. It is the one step that will define your work as fruitful or a complete waste of time.
Right now. I am looking at that step.
